Lunchtime Service. October 14 at 12 noon in the Swedish Victoria Assembly in Berlin

2014 I worked for some time as a cleaner in the Swedish church in Berlin. Every day there is a lunch prayer in the church. This performance was such service.

I read a prayer containing, among other things, reflections on my coming out as a transgender person, my experiences of spiritual presence after being hypnotized in a club in Berlin, and Georges Bataille's thoughts on art. I also cleaned the church room with my equipment.

The filmed performance serves as a framework for my film Readable Presence: Learning From Ting.
